Return Policy

Return Process

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us prior to returning the item via our contact form or by email at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and, if applicable, the reason for the return (a reason is not required for cancellation). Please send the item back to the following address:

Please return the item undamaged, clean, and, if possible, in its original packaging to avoid any loss in value. Note that compliance with these instructions is not a prerequisite for exercising your right of cancellation.

Return Costs

In the case of cancellation, you bear the direct costs of returning the item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, we cover the return costs.

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items

• Within the EU: For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we comply with the legal requirements of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please contact us via our contact form or by email at [email protected]. We will cover the return costs and offer a refund or replacement, according to your preference.
• Outside the EU: For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will review the case individually. Please contact us via our contact form or by email to discuss the next steps.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Adrian Layer / ÄON.Berlin, Wurzner Str. 12, 04315 Leipzig, email: [email protected], phone: +49 (0) 162 3194910) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form (click to download), but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

• The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• For consumers residing outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), the right of cancellation does not apply unless mandatory consumer protection rights in the respective country provide otherwise.
